Please join us at our exhibition opening on Saturday the 3rd of November, at 11:00 am, at the Iziko South African Museum. As part of a mutual interest in the mobility of objects, we present four mobile museums, each curated with differing intentions and effects. One details the global perambulations of the rhinoceros; another the botanical ecology of a medicine chest; the third, death and sacrifice in three iterations; and the fourth a collection of museum objects convened by emerging curators.
